With a trip to Spain as a high point, Princeton University undergraduates participated in a semester-long study of Spanish bridge design in the class "CEE 463: The Art of Spanish Bridge Design." Instructors for the course, offered in the fall 2014 semester, were Maria Garlock, associate professor of civil and environmental engineering, and Ignacio Payá-Zaforteza, the William R. Kenan Jr. Visiting Professor for Distinguished Teaching of Civil and Environmental Engineering and the Keller Center during the 2014-15 Academic Year.
