Bio/Description

Dean Caddeau directly oversees academic and residential life advising for students affiliated with Forbes College, supervises the day-to-day operation of the college office and works closely with the head of college and Forbes staff to offer cultural, intellectual and social programs for students. He helped to establish the Princeton Garden Project at Forbes College and Forbes' signature programming on sustainability and the environment.

Patrick Caddeau earned his M.A. in Buddhist Studies and Ph.D. in Japanese Literature at Yale University. Before coming to Princeton in 2005, he taught at Amherst College and Columbia University. He is an athletic-academic fellow for the men’s basketball and women's soccer teams.
