Overseeing a diverse portfolio of hardware, software, support and application development personnel, Jaysen serves as the technical project lead for the Office of the Dean of College as Senior IT Manager. Directing a staff of three, he sets daily support and application priorities, as well as leading overall technology and IT Service Management initiatives. Through a healthy collaboration among with colleagues, he facilitates effective application deployments and streamlines manual business processes with technology.

Prior to Office of the Dean of the College, Jaysen worked as a Senior Application Developer in University Services and at Office of Career Services as a System Analyst and Department Computing Specialist.
