August 20, 2021
Dear Students of the Great Classes of 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025,
We look forward to welcoming you back to campus very soon. We’re especially delighted to extend a warm welcome to our first-year students in the class of 2025 and to seeing those in the Class of 2024 in our classrooms and around campus for the first time with fewer COVID-inspired restrictions. And, of course, we’ve very much missed seeing those of you who will be juniors and seniors.
We write now to urge you to read two important pieces of information from our colleagues: First, President Eisgruber’s blog post from August 19th, welcoming everyone back to campus, and second, a comprehensive list of “Frequently Asked Questions” (FAQs) about the fall semester’s residential living and learning arrangements and policies. Take a moment on each of these sites, as they contain important information about how we’ll interact with one another this fall.
If you have questions, do reach out to your residential college deans, directors of studies, and/or directors of student life. They stand ready to help.
We hope that this message finds you all healthy and well and that your summers have been restorative. We can’t wait to see you here at Princeton.
W. Rochelle Calhoun, Vice President for Campus Life
Jill Dolan, Dean of the College
